TTARA Capitol Calls

As the First Called Special Session of the 89th Texas Legislature gets underway on Monday, July 21, we are resuming our TTARA Capitol Calls to help keep you informed.

Starting Friday, July 25, we will host weekly Zoom calls every Friday through the end of the special session from 1:30 to 2:00 PM. These informal briefings will provide updates and insights on the special session, with a focus on the Governor’s agenda item:

CUT PROPERTY TAXES: Legislation reducing the property tax burden on Texans and legislation imposing spending limits on entities authorized to impose property taxes.
