TTARA Data Center & Infrastructure Working Group Meeting (Members Only)

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Data Center & Infrastructure Working Group under the TTARA Advocacy Committee. This group has been created in response to the rapidly expanding digital infrastructure sector in Texas and the growing number of tax policy issues shaping its future.

The TTARA Data Center & Infrastructure Working Group will serve as a forum for members to engage on both property tax and state tax policy issues affecting data centers and the broader digital infrastructure ecosystem. The group will play a key role in helping shape TTARA’s analysis, research, and advocacy as Texas continues to see significant investment and policy activity in this area.

We encourage TTARA members with interest in tax policy and infrastructure issues related to data centers to join us.
