TTARA Digital Goods & Services Working Group Meeting (Members Only)

TTARA will convene a meeting of the Digital Goods and Services Working Group on Tuesday, April 21, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. This will be a hybrid meeting, with the option to participate in person in the TTARA conference room or via Zoom.

At the State Tax Committee meeting on March 18, 2026, TTARA distributed its working draft of proposed legislation to repeal and replace data processing services. Staff provided background on the issues leading to the development of the draft, requested member review, and asked for constructive feedback at a follow‑up meeting where the proposal would be examined in detail.

TTARA invites members of the Digital Goods and Services Working Group, as well as, any other interested TTARA members to participate and share input.
